How to change Icon in Address Bar
If we open a weblog or website, we can find an icon in the address bar (field to enter a web address that located at the top of browser).
Put the code before </head>For you wanna change the icon, you can replace it with an icon with your favorite's icon. The following images can be GIF, JPG, ICO format and the size about 24 × 24 pixels to 32 × 32 pixels.
First, go to "Layout -> Edit HTML", then place the script below:

Replace the letters in bold from the place where you save the image. You can save photos in Picasa Web Albums and Photobucket or imageshack, this all free image hosting.
